Presentation Guidelines
All presentations, including keynote and contributed papers, are expected to be delivered on-site. Both oral and poster presentations should be conducted by one of the authors.

Audio-Visual Equipment
The following equipment will be ready in the session room:
- LCD projector
- Projection laser pointer
- HDMI cable is available for the projector and Mac users are strongly advised to bring a USB Type-C to HDMI adapter cable.
All oral presenters are requested to bring their own PC with the presentation materials.
Please prepare your slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio to ensure proper projection in the session room.
Please make sure to perform a connection test during the break before your session to confirm all presentation slides run properly.
Meanwhile, presenters for Oral Session 5 “RF and Antenna in Package”, please conduct your connection check during the final 10 minutes of the lunch break on December 17 (12:40-12:50).
Session chairs or the Local Committee may be available to assist during each connection check.

Use of the template is optional.
If you need to use audio in your presentation, please contact the TPC Co-Chair (Yutaka Uematsu), Arrangement Chair (Seiya Kasai), and Secretariat (Enhal) in advance to arrange a test.

Poster Presentation
Poster presentations will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 16th from 16:40.
Poster presenters are requested to attend the relevant Q&A sessions in front of the poster board.
The size of the poster panel is A0.
Please clearly indicate the paper title, author name, and affiliated institution on the poster.
You must set up and take down your poster yourself.
Set up your poster during the break time between Session 11 and Session 12.
Pushpins for mounting will be provided at the venue.
Please note that any posters left behind will be removed and discarded.
