- (1) Registration fees for Regular Participants and Students include:
Participation in all sessions, including tutorials, from December 15 to 17, conference kit and Gala Dinner. - (2) Students are required to submit a copy of valid student ID upon registration.
- (3) Social Events Bundle for accompanying person includes:
Welcome Event, Welcome Reception, Coffee break, and Gala Dinner.

Lunch
Lunch is not included in the conference fee. Participants are kindly requested to arrange their own lunch.
Visa
Please make sure you carefully read the following conditions and check if you meet the requirements before you request. Kindly note that EDAPS2025 is not supporting a visa application for the Japan visit which conveys EDAPS2025 visit and private sightseeing. In this case please arrange a sightseeing visa on your own.
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions to apply the visa:
- You have submitted an abstract.
- Your paper has been accepted.
- You have completed the online registration.
- Your registration fee has been paid.
Payment
Registration will be completed only with full payment.
All payment must be paid only in Japanese yen.
Payment Methods

1) Credit Card by Online
(VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express or Diners only)- *Please use a credit card which is valid at least until January 2025.
- *Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matter.

2) Domestic Bank Transfer : Not Available for the payment after November 30 (JST).
- *Please note that the bank account No. will be unique to each participant. Therefore, please find your bank account No. on the procedure page of your My Page and complete the payment individually.
- *A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions of any bank charges.
Invoice and Receipt
You can download invoice and receipt from My Page. Please be noted that any request of sending receipts via email or postal mail is unacceptable.
Change & Cancellation Policy
After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change or cancel your registration status online. Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to EDAPS2025 secretariat (edaps2025@enhal.com),
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30–17:30 [Japan time] except the National Holidays in Japan. After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.
Registration
Refund
Refunds will be made before the conference upon with deducting bank transfer fee, and the cancellation penalties.
If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.
Notice :
Refund of your payment will not be conducted automatically. If refund occurs due to the change or cancellation of your registration, please contact EDAPS2025 secretariat (edaps2025@enhal.com) with your name and Registration Number. If the payment was made by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account.
