Dr. Chih-Ming Hung,

Media Tek

Dr. Chih-Ming Hung is responsible for the advanced research platform at MediaTek. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for the architecture and new technology exploration in MediaTek Intelligent Automotive Business Unit. He also led the automotive and consumer mmWave radar development at MediaTek.

Between 2011 and 2014, Dr. Hung was an Associate Vice President at MStar Semiconductor responsible for its worldwide RF R&D Unit. Before joining MStar Semiconductor, Dr. Hung was with Texas Instruments, Dallas for over 10 years as a key pioneer developing Digital Radio Processors (DRPTM) for cellular communication, low-power transceivers for medical implantable and wireless sensor networks, as well as devices, circuits and systems in mmWave and Tera-Hertz frequency ranges.

Dr. Hung has authored and co-authored 73 papers, 85 patents, and has given a few dozen invited lectures. He also served in the technical program committees of ISSCC and IEEE VLSI Circuits Symposium, as well as a guest editor for IEEE JSSC.

Dr. Jian Liu

Jian Liu is currently the Sr. software engineering group director of Cadence Design System. He received the phd degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002, Master degree and Bachelor degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1998 and 1995, respectively. He has been working on the area of signal integrity, power integrity, and computational electromagnetics for 18 years.
